Active School Committee 2023

Our Current Active School Slogan is:

“Move, Don’t Sit! in boardsmill we like to keep fit!”

We held a school wide competition to find our new slogan for this year. The boys and girls from each class submitted a slogan. 5th class were the lucky winners!

The Active School Flag initiative is a Department of Education and Skills initiative supported by Healthy Ireland which aims to get more schools, more active, more often. It is awarded to schools that strive to achieve a physically educated and physically active school community.
